Born and raised in Monroe, NC, Matthew is the CEO and Chief of Ideas at BetterCarPeople, as well as Managing Member with Big Ring creative and interactive design studio. BetterCarPeople specializes in answering internet leads for over 2000 sales and service departments within the U.S. and Canada. In just under 7 years, Matthew and his team of automotive experts have shaken up the digital space in the automotive world, making BCP’s cutting edge technologies, BetterAppointments for Service and Overnight BDC for Sales, a sought after commodity.
Matthew is dedicated to the continued improvement of Monroe, and serves with several community outreach organizations. He is a Board Member for the Union County Community Shelter, Union Academy Foundation, and partners with the Red Cross, Heart for Monroe, and Turning Point.
I’m an automotive entrepreneur in the 21st century. I make things simple and practical. My 20+ years with major automotive groups and individual stores have given me a unique knowledge of the inner workings of dealerships, leads, automotive technology, and interpersonal skills.
